Terms of service

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company. Where you have signed a separate order form, that form takes precedence over anything below that conflicts with it.

Woop AI is an SEO and AI-search intelligence platform: analysis, keyword research, content generation, site structure mapping and competitor tracking. Features available to you depend on your plan.

You are responsible for activity under your credentials, for keeping API keys secret, and for the accuracy of the domains and integrations you connect. You confirm you are entitled to connect the domains and accounts you add — connecting a domain you do not control or have permission to measure is a breach of these terms.

Free accounts receive a limited monthly allowance. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Unused allowances do not roll over.

You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate part-months.

Prices can change with 30 days notice, never inside a paid term.

• Do not resell raw Woop data as a standalone product. Agency reporting to your own clients is expressly allowed, including white-labelled.
• Do not use the service to measure a domain without authorisation.
• Do not attempt to defeat rate limits or reverse engineer the platform.
• Do not generate unlawful, defamatory or harassing content with the service.

Woop reports estimates and observations about third-party systems we do not control. Rank, citation and traffic figures are produced by the methods described on the Methodology page, including modelled components that are labelled as such.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking anything you publish. Business decisions you take on the basis of Woop output are yours.

You keep ownership of the content you create and the data you connect. We never train models on your data. The Woop AI brand, platform, and underlying software remain ours. Details of storage and retention live in the Privacy Policy.

We depend on third-party APIs and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, rate limits and maintenance may temporarily affect functionality. Current state is published on the Status page, and support runs from support@woop1.com.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced before they take effect, and continued use means acceptance. Questions go to hello@woop1.com.
