    6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

    Content generated by AI may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all AI-generated content before publishing.

    7. Service Availability

    Woop AI relies on third-party API services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. API outages, rate limits, or maintenance may temporarily affect functionality.

    8. Pricing and Billing

    Free tier users receive limited daily credits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Unused daily credits do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Woop AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
