    Refund Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with Woop.

    1. Eligibility

    You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or plan upgrade. Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    2. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, email us at hello@woop1.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

    3. Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

    4. Non-Refundable Items

    Custom enterprise contracts, one-time setup fees, and usage-based API overages are non-refundable. Free trial periods do not qualify for refunds.

    5. Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current billing period.

    6. Partial Refunds

    If you have used a significant portion of your monthly credits, we may offer a partial refund proportional to unused credits remaining in your billing cycle.

    7. Disputes

    If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at hello@woop1.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.

    8. Changes to This Policy

    Woop reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
